MONTHLY ART SHOWS

ART AFTER DARK:
On the second Saturday of each month the Golden Fish Gallery participates in Art After Dark, a local program in the town of Milford in which all the galleries in town participate. The galleries feature openings/ art receptions that evening and the local shops remain open until 9:00PM. With all galleries within walking distance the public can enjoy an evening of art, music, and more.

FUTURE OPENINGS:

Ben Van Steenburgh: The featured artist for September.
Opening Reception: Saturday, September 13, 2003. Work will be displayed through September to October 11, 2003. He has worked as an illustrator and portrait painter. The show will feature his latest work "The Maidens" where he concentrates on fantasy figures painted with gouache on paper.

• Jeff Parker, Lindsey Brown, and Arley-Rose Torson: The featured artists for October.
  Opening Reception: Saturday, October 11, 2003. Works by these talented young artists will be displayed through November 6, 2003. This trio of artists delve into the realm of the abstract. Lindsey Brown will be donating the the proceeds from the sale of his artwork to the Pike County Humane Society.
• John, Edwin, and Lillian Longendorfer: The featured artists for November.
  Opening Reception: Saturday, November 8, 2003. The family of artists will feature a montage of their works and family history in art Their works will be presented through December 11, 2003.
