SHIPPING POLICY

    Pennsylvania sales tax will be added to the price of all in-state sales. Handling costs are included in the price quoted except for sculpted pieces and original framed art work. Due to the weight of the object and specific packing needs this cost will be added to the purchase price only after you have been informed of this cost and approve the additional cost via e-mail.

    No item will be shipped until your credit card payment has been approved. Confirmation of the receipt of your order will be E-mailed to you along with a tracking number, if available. You will also be E-mailed when your order has been shipped.

    If paying by check, your order will be shipped once your check has been cleared by the bank.

RETURN POLICY

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason and wish to return the item, you must contact us within 20 days of the date of receipt by phone or E-Mail. All returns must be in original condition. When the merchandise is received payment will be reimbursed minus shipping and handling costs based on payment method.
